GrandStay Hotel and Suites

Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

The Grandstay Hotel and Suites of Beaver Dam Wisconsin was sold while covid was having a major impact on the hospitality business and the state of Wisconsin. Upon sale the hotel was converted back to an AmericInn Hotel and Suites by Wyndham (the hotel's original franchise.) Securing financing during this period was especially difficult. Leines Hotel Advisors, Inc. worked diligently alongside the buyer to get determine the best franchise conversion option that satisfied the buyer and the lender, including meetings with franchise companies, secure the lending, and close the transaction.
