The property included 136-Units with over $5M in annual revenue. A full Property Improvement Plan was required by Sheraton for the new owner to acquire a franchise. Leines Hotel Advisor, Inc worked with this overseas buyer and the managment company to facilitate a transfer of the franchise and complete the sale.
