The Property
The Northwoods Inn & Suites of Blackduck Minnesota is a 33-room hotel originally built in 1999 and operated under the AmericInn franchise system. The property includes a combination of 5 suites and 28 standard rooms, all of which were recently upgraded with Wyndham’s AmericInn standard upgrades of lights, case goods and other amenities. All carpets, the lobby, and breakfast area remain to be upgraded to a chosen franchise standard.
The subject property lost its franchise affiliation in late October of 2024. Prior to loss of its franchise the reservation system had been shut off resulting in a negative impact to 2024’s room revenue. Additionally, the pool and spa were closed in 2024 and have not been re-opened. The swimming pool and spa are currently closed and drained.
