This 63-room hotel was built in 1999 with a new roof added in 2019. Rooms were renovated over a three year period starting in 2017. Bath finishes are of exceptionally high quality. Wood style floors are in the bath area and room entryway. The remainder of each room is carpeted and the windows are laminated to create a very quiet guest experience. Each room has a Friedrich Vert-i-Pak HVAC system and a Telkonet energy control module. New Ving by Assa Abloy room locks are on order. 

The Motel 6 of Menomonie features an Interstate location and serves the city of Menomonie Wisconsin and Interstate 94. The property is highly visibility from I-94 and has good access via exit #41.

The City of Menomonie has a population of over 16,000 and is home to  the University of Wisconsin-Stout. It is the county seat of Dunn County so college and government business complement the corporate and leisure travelers. 

The Location:

Menomonie is located in west central Wisconsin. It is situated at the crossroads of Interstate 94 (east to west), Highway 25 (north to south) and Highway 12 (northwest to southeast). The property is located on the gateway exit into Menomonie.
