The Days Inn of Moorhead Minnesota was a bank-owned property acquired through a foreclosure. The listing started as an AmericInn Lodge & Suites property but franchise challenges led the bank owner to convert the hotel to a Days Inn prior to the sale. A source for lending was difficult to locate for this property. Leines Hotel Advisors, Inc. located a lender from California that was willing and able to work with the buyer to secure a loan. The loan was secured and the property closed after an extensive due diligence process from the lender.
