Leines Hotel Advisors, Inc was engaged to advise the seller on value and options prior to the decision to sell the property. We advised the seller to delay placing the property on the market until operational improvements within the hotel increased revenue. Once revenue consistently met the competitive set, we marketed the property and found a buyer. Since the GrandStay Residential Suites brand is composed of one and two bedroom suites, additional challenges with property improvment costs were successfully overcome.
