We successfully completed the sale of the AmericInn Lodge & Suites in Austin, Minnesota. This property had continued to perform well and maintain revenue, even through the recession.  The challenge was demonstrating the continued value of this property when the overall hotel market had been difficult. Our clients understood the dynamics that the market was going through but also wanted a fair market value for their property. We felt this value should reflect the continued performance of the hotel. 

Sale Highlights: We implemented a broad marketing campaign that produced inquiries from potential buyers all across the U.S. Our buyer came into the project with a lender in place. We worked with the buyer and negotiated a sale that met the lenders timeline for the project. We continued to work with the buyer and the franchise company to move the project forward. We assisted the seller with logistical aspects of the closing and successfully completed the transaction.
